Tegan is a highly experienced Commercial Management professional with 20 years of experience across all aspects of commercial management, contracting, and procurement, including 14 years within the Defence sector. Tegan has a passion and enthusiasm for tackling challenging and complex acquisitions, and she is skilled in distilling complex technical requirements into contractual documentation for projects to develop deliverable solutions. She enjoys facilitating opportunities for innovation, collaboration, and engagement with stakeholders to enable the delivery of projects and outcomes.
Tegan is committed to using her skills and experience to support rural, regional, veteran and First Nations SMEs to navigate government procurements. Tegan is also acutely aware of the value that neurodivergence brings to the workplace and is a strong supporter of improving opportunities for people with neurodivergence.
Naomi Sculthorpe

Naomi is a Banking and Finance professional with 17 years in the finance sector working with major banking organisations. She is dedicated and driven, with proven experience in delivering quality outcomes in a high paced environment. Naomi brings expertise in the remediation processes and policies to improve customer satisfaction, increase stakeholder engagement, and uplift corporate knowledge across organisations.
Naomi is a proud Ngarabal Woman and is passionate about working collaboratively across industry and government to create meaningful outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities across Australia. She is committed to the improving the opportunities for First Nations peoples, developing awareness for culture and country, promoting Reconciliation, and empowering and educating Indigenous youth in the community.
